The artist duo Claudia Fagagnini and Gino Pelli have created unique works that combine sculpture, light and photography.
Born in Zug, Gino Pelli (1961–2022) was a self-taught artist who made a name for himself as a furniture designer, sculptor and object designer. His work was characterised by technical precision, clean lines and an expressive style. He lived and worked in Switzerland and exhibited his work internationally.
His artistic partner, Claudia Fagagnini, devoted herself to transforming his sculptures into large-format Plexiglas images. Using light and photography, she gave the works a new dimension, enabling them to tell stories through rays of light, reflections and the interplay of forms. The resulting pieces are not just visual impressions, but emotional experiences that captivate viewers.
The collaborative work of the Pelli-Fagagnini duo represents a symbiosis of craftsmanship, light and artistic innovation. Their pieces have been showcased in exhibitions, embodying a profound artistic connection that transcends traditional genre boundaries.

Das Künstlerduo Claudia Fagagnini und Gino Pelli schuf einzigartige Werke, die Skulptur, Licht und Fotografie vereinen.
Gino Pelli (1961–2022), in Zug geboren, war ein autodidaktischer Künstler, der sich als Möbeldesigner, Bildhauer und Objektgestalter einen Namen machte. Seine Werke zeichneten sich durch handwerkliche Präzision, klare Formen und einen ausdrucksstarken Stil aus. Er lebte und arbeitete in der Schweiz und stellte seine Arbeiten international aus.
Claudia Fagagnini, seine künstlerische Partnerin, widmete sich der Transformation seiner Skulpturen in grossformatige Plexiglasbilder. Durch den Einsatz von Licht und Fotografie verlieh sie den Werken eine neue Dimension, sie erzählten nun durch Strahlen, Reflexionen und ein narratives Spiel mit Formen. Die entstandenen Arbeiten sind somit nicht nur visuelle Eindrücke, sondern auch emotionale Erlebnisse, die die Betrachter in ihren Bann ziehen.
