Atelier Loovus - René Amstalden

Born and raised as a Swiss with Brazilian roots in Zurich, René Amstalden is a free spirit and globetrotter, always looking for new adventures and inspiration.

His work results from experimenting with paints and adhesives. René loves to create works of art from objects that people throw away and call waste. He is fascinated by the process of creating something new and beautiful from something seemingly old. He wants to encourage his audience to question consumer behaviour and to show new ways of looking at things and how people can develop.
