The DM Gallery is located in South Gyeongsang Province, Korea. It specialises in the promotion of modern Korean artists who are known for their unconventional approach to artistic expression.
DM Gallery has built up an excellent portfolio of modern contemporary art, including the series 'Harmony' by Kim Mi-ja.This series tells the story of an author whose efforts to create a harmonious working environment are challenged by the dynamics of relationships between family and colleagues.
Utilising vibrant colour tones and assertive compositions, the artist conveys an aesthetic that evokes musical elements such as melody and rhythm, which are indispensable components of the compositional process. The series further encompasses depictions of the quotidian lives of writers, delving into themes such as travel and leisure.
